| CUISINE: Our cuisine is essentially based on the typical dishes of the Chianti district. Our menu is, however, flexible and we try to meet the needs and the likes of our guests. The dishes we offer have a common feature: the strict rule to use only absolutely genuine produce and ingredients, such as our olive oil that makes our garlic bread unique; salami and cheeses are produced locally; among our game stands out our wild boar meat and the famous Panzanese from Dario Cecchini’s Old Butcher’s Shop. The season vegetables come from our own orchard and enable us to meet the demands and likes of our vegetarian guests.
